When you delete your account, or permanently disconnect an integration, we automatically and permanently purge all associated feed items, saved preferences, and connection credentials from our servers.

No. We believe in giving you a fresh start. For Gmail, we only sync the last 14 days of emails. For YouTube, we import your subscription list but only fetch new video releases from the moment you connect. This ensures your new feed is immediately relevant and not cluttered with years of unread history.

Never. Our integrations are designed strictly for content consumption. We cannot send emails on your behalf, nor can we subscribe, unsubscribe, like, or comment on YouTube videos.

No. Neuplace is read-only by design. We fetch your content to build your feed, but we never modify your actual Gmail mailbox. Your Gmail account remains the source of truth.

Free users have a fixed 7-day rolling history. Pro users can customize how long they want to keep their read or saved items before they are automatically cleaned up.
